Here are some tips from others living with MS that you may find helpful:

  • Take it step-by-step. Do things in moderation. Set small, achievable goals. Make a checklist and mark things off as you accomplish them.
  • Treat yourself. Have something to look forward to. Even a small reward at the end of the day or workweek.
  • Learn about MS. Find out as much as you can about MS and understand you can take control and positively impact how you deal with your condition.
  • Be proud of yourself. Think about what you’ve accomplished already and be proud.
