MS is a chronic condition, and while managing MS is possible with medication, people are becoming more aware of other approaches to dealing with symptoms and leading a healthy lifestyle, such as exercising, maintaining a healthy diet and effectively coping with stress.
Overall, achieving balance in the many aspects of one’s life is key to managing MS.
