As partners in your MS management, you should know the adveva team members by more than the friendly voices you hear on the phone. Just like you, they are unique and come from all different walks of life, with their own experiences and talents. But collectively, the adveva support team shares one common goal: to help you manage your MS. In addition, the adveva team is complemented by a support team dedicated to helping ensure your needs are met.

The adveva Support Program: Helping you keep your treatment on track

 

With adveva, you receive in-home visits and continued support from registered nurses. The adveva Support Program offers you:

  • Comprehensive, personalized support with a focus on your first year of treatment
  • In-home, one-on-one device training if you’re just starting treatment, and throughout your treatment journey
  • Over 6 touch points in the first year of treatment, including in-home visits and ongoing phone support to best suit your needs
  • Enhanced and continuous personalized support that will help empower you to manage your own treatment
  • Ongoing support and yearly check-ins with your adveva nurse
  • Support to navigate coverage and financial assistance processes

 

adveva is the result of extensive consultation with people being treated for MS and their healthcare providers, and together we strive to make our program the best it can be.
