Coverage and financial assistance processes

adveva helps you navigate the coverage and financial assistance process no matter what province you live in or what type of drug plan you have.

Your adveva nurse will connect you with a reimbursement specialist who will help coordinate your coverage for Rebif® multidose prefilled cartridges.

Talking to your adveva reimbursement specialist

Once adveva receives your enrolment form and prescription, a reimbursement specialist will contact you to coordinate your coverage and gather your information. As soon as they have the details of your coverage finalized, they will send all the information to the dispensing pharmacy along with your prescription.

Be sure to have this information ready when speaking to your reimbursement specialist:

  • Provincial Health Insurance Card
  • Drug card (if you have been provided one)
  • Plan number (if you have been provided one)

About your drug card

Depending on your plan, you likely received either a prescription drug ID card or a combined ID card for both your medical and prescription drug benefits from your insurer. You can find your ID number on the front of your card. Here are some different sample cards that show where to find the ID number.
